Returns & Refunds Policy

1. All Sales Are Final (Due to Food Safety)

  • Since beef jerky is a consumable item, we do not accept returns for health and safety reasons.

2. Refunds or Replacements for Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to offer:
    • A replacement, OR
    • A refund (excluding shipping costs).

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit, please reach out, and we’ll try to help file a claim with the shipping provider.

4. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (Optional)

  • If you are unsatisfied with your jerky for any reason, please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to make it right! While we don’t accept returns, we may offer store credit or a replacement on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Email us at caz@cazandco.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Photos of any damaged product/package

6. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
  • Replacements will be shipped within 5 business days.
